Texting and AI (if the build uses it) are always your own accounts, billed to you directly at cost — we never mark them up. Hosting runs on our managed infrastructure unless you'd rather take it with you.

Runs on our managed hosting — uptime, security updates, small text and copy changes, email support with a 2-business-day response. Most clients add this the day their build goes live — it's the difference between something that quietly breaks in six months and something that just keeps working.
